3 Holistic Hacks To Strengthen Your Immune System

  • Fish, red meat, eggs, and dare I say liver for Vitamin D (if you supplement with Vitamin D make sure to have a fat WITH your supplement so your body absorbs it)
  • Oysters, red meat, and seeds for Zinc

Aim for a rainbow on your plate. Brightly colored fruits and vegetables are packed with antioxidants that support immune health. 

 They combat free radicals, which can dampen your immune response.

Did you know a large part of your immune system is in your gut?

It’s true! Incorporating fermented foods like whole milk yogurt, kimchi, and sauerkraut can boost your gut flora, which in turn supports your immunity.

Holistic Hack #2: Create Your Own Immune System Instant Defense Kit

Think of it as your personal health armor, tailored to your body’s needs.

How to Maximize Sleep for Cytokine Production

Create a Restful Environment: Your bedroom should be a sleep sanctuary. Make sure it’s quiet, dark, and comfortably cool (I recommend sleeping between 66-68°F).
